Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart of Stone Crusher Plant

Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart of Stone Crusher Plant

1. The Stone Crusher Plant is used for the production of raw materials of aggregates like 40 mm. 20mm , 10mm, 6 mm , Dust, GSB & Crushed Sand.
2. The Stone Crusher is available in three variants like, Primary Crusher or Jaw Crusher, Secondary Crusher or Cone Crusher and Hybrid Crusher which have arrangement of both primary and secondary.
3. Generally we used the Hybrid Crusher because it have adequate and efficient production.
4. To understand the production process , we may go through the flow chart of stone crusher plant as given below:-

From the above it is clear that boulder get dumped in feeding bunker from there it comes to Jaw Crusher or Primary crusher and after that materials get convey towards cone crusher which is also called secondary crusher.
The material from Crusher get deposited to the screener of variable size screens as per requirement and from there oversized materials again come back towards cone crusher through conveyor belt.
There are different conveyor belts through which materials get stock.

1. Wet Mix Macadam Plant is used to production WMM materials by using the raw materials like aggregates of different sizes like 40mm, 20mm, 10mm, Dust and sufficient quantity of water.
2. The WMM materials is major items for the construction of flexible pavement.
3. The WMM plants works on the mix design as get feeded to the automatic system which control the valve of hopper as per weight of materials.
4.To better understand the manufacturing process of WMM materials from WMM Plant, we may go through the Flow Chart as given below:-
From the above it is clear that the Raw Materials of 40mm, 20mm, 10mm & Dust get collected in conveyor belt from there it gets collected in Pug Mill , where all materials gets thoroughly mixed with arrangement of water sprinkling as per requirement of mix design.
After getting well mixed the materials finally dispatched to the Hywa from Dispatched Hopper.
The material must be transported immediately to the site.

Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart for Hot Mix Plant

Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart for Hot Mix Plant

1. Hot Mix Plant is used to produced the asphalt for the construction bituminous road/flexible pavement.
2.Hot Mix Plant is also termed as Asphalt Plant.
3. There are several companies who make this kind of plant.
4. The Capacity of Hot Mix Plant varies from 100 TPH to 250 TPH.
5. The  Hot Mix Plant is primary requirement of flexible road construction.
The manufacturing process of Hot Mix Plant can be better understand from flow chart as given below:-

From the above it is clear that the basic raw materials for production of asphalt from Hot Mix Plant  are Coarser Aggregate, Finer Aggregate, Filler Material and Bitumen. The filler material may be used as cement or lime as per availablity.
Firstly, all the aggregates sent to the Screening Drum, where all the materials distributed in different size as per screen arrangement provided as per design.
From there materials goes to Hot Bin for heating at required temperature, the heating is required so that bitumen may bind together stiffly. After getting heated from there it transfer to the Aggregate Weigher , from here the material sent to the Mixer as per Grade requirement.
At same time Filler Material and Bitumen also sent to Mixer after weight from separate provided weigher arrangment.
After Mixing all the raw materials get deposited to Hywa and finally transported to the site for laying.

Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart of Concrete Batching Plant

Manufacturing Process/Flow Chart of Concrete Batching Plant

1. The Concrete Batching Plant is used for production of Concrete from various raw materials like
coarser aggregates, finer aggregates, cement, admixture & water.
2. There are various manufacturer who make the Concrete Batching Plant.
3. There is availability of several capacity as per requirement but mostly for small scale industry, we used 30 cum/hr -60 cum/hr.
4. There is arrangement of automatic system in which we feed the quantity of raw materials to
produce the final materials as per required grade of concrete.
5. The final products is of good quality.

To understand the complete manufacturing process , we may go through the flow chart diagram as given below:-
From the above, it is clear that all the aggregates materials first goes to skip bucket/weighing belt from where its get weighted as per feed data of particular grade and finally its forwarded to Micro Processor based weighing and control system.
At the same time cement comes through Cement Weighing Hopper and weighted as feed data of particular grade and finally it also forwarded to Micro Processor based weighing and control system.
Another arrangement is  also made from where water and admixture as per requirement of grade of concrete.
All the materials finally go to mixture, where all materials get mixed and finally dispatched to Transit mixture from there its get transported to site.
